SATISFACTION AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

Items must be shipped prepaid and insured in the original packaging. COD's not accepted. Custom orders are not returnable.

The shipping charge for your order will be based on the weight of the products you order.

3-6 pounds................10.95

7-12 pounds..............18.95

13-20 pounds............32.95

21-30 pounds............46.94

Weights above 30 pounds will be charged on an individual basis. These prices are for the continental United States. Because of the constant changes, international charges are billed to your credit card after shipment is made. All prices are U.S. funds only.

JUST SO YOU KNOW...

Just so you know... Most of our artwork, especially the dog breeds, come with 3 poses of the same breed. Some of the smaller pieces, for example the drawer knobs and jewelry, are too small to put all three poses on, so for those items we will put on the best head shot of the animal. If you have a question about this, please let us know.

We do not offer a catalog because everything we offer is on our site.  You are welcome to print the pages if you would like a hard copy of the items we offer.
